Let’s try this again.
Guess what? I’ve failed. Yeah, that’s not the motivational speech you wanted for the year. In all dignity though, it’s the best truth I’ve embraced. I plan to fail my way to discovery. Because in this posture of failing, I’m breeding persistence. A grit all, bare all, for all type of growth. It’s the failure that taught me the lessons I needed to learn. To understand that my story is not over and I have something more to give; to give myself, my family, and those closest to me. So, let’s try this again... even if it’s just for the one soul that needs to utter the words, “me too.”
Unrealistic expectations stay here. Intimidation stays here. Fear stays here.

Get to know me.
I’m the wife of a very talented creative, Mama of three spirited kids, and curator of conversations. I’m in what I would reference as “the middle” season of transformation. Learning to embrace the chaos entangled with Gods grace. This blog was derived from a social media engagement I began after my daughter Luna was born called “don’t quiet the conversation.” It was a place of passion for embracing uncomfortable conversations that often times, cause us to suffer silently.
After the passing of my mother in April 2019, I knew that this would be the season to catapult me into those hibernating dreams. “Say it like you mean it” came forth and I’m excited for the freedom that this platform of transparency will bring. So, I’m inviting you to come alongside me in this journey of healing, growth, and wisdom along the way.
